Are We Really Having a Baby?

Well, yes we are. And here's the baby at 6 weeks and 6 days along. We got to hear the heartbeat which is just amazing to know that something is really living inside. As of now, we are due on or around July 25, 2009! With this being our first child, we are very excited and have picked up the "pregnancy bible" called What To Expect When You're Expecting. While Melissa has not had morning sickness....don't get your hopes up as she has had night sickness. At about 7:30PM, she turns into a pumkin...starts hugging the toilet....and I swear she's calling dinosaurs out from extinction in there. On Friday (12/5), we had our first sonogram and Melissa practically attacked the nurse for some nausea/vomitting medication - which she got thankfully. So far the dinosaurs have not come calling again (yea!). It's the best she's felt in two and a half weeks - thank God for medicine!
